Sol driving Quadriga Right on a Radiate of Probus

Compare this image of Sol and the horses pulling his chariot with the two previous images of Sol in his chariot facing. The artistic quality of the image is nowhere near as good as the previous two images. Sol is rendered as little more than a crude stick figure and the horses' legs are represented by connected lines and dots. The workmanship on this coin is more typical of late Third Century numismatic art.
