Wreath Reverses with Votis Inscription

Green patina covers this wreath with Votis legend reverse issued by Theodosius I. This is quite a nice coin for under four dollars.
This small AE4 is in excellent condition for the type. The name and portrait of the emperor Arcadius are both sharp. The coin shows signs of professional cleaning many years ago.
Hint of ALEA mintmark, Alexandria mint.
