Obverse of This Coin - Coin List
Constantine I Small Bronze - 2 Soldiers, 2 Standards Reverse
GLORIA EXERCITVS Type
The mintmark places the origin of this coin at the Trier (Treveri) mint. The last symbol to the right of the mintmark is most probably a dot but may be a dot or a star. If it is a star, the coin would catalog in LRBC as a number 67. The pointed tops of the standards are common for coins of Constantine I. On later issues, the standards were sometimes topped with a banner as in this reverse.
