Didrachm of Calabria with naked rider on Horseback

The ancient towns of the region of Calabria, located in the heel of Italy's boot, produced coins depicting a naked man on horseback on one side and a boy riding dolphin on the reverse. The two coins depicted here were issued by the town of Tatas between 302 and 281 B. C. These coins are catalogued as Sear 365.
