Roman Republican Denarius - Victory in Biga Reverse

Like the previous example, the image on the obverse of this coin is the helmeted head of Roma. The X with crossed center behind her head signifies that the denarius at that time was worth 10 copper asses. Later during the Imperial period, the coin was tariffed at 16 asses.
