Uranius Antoninus

Emperor A.D 253 - 254

Uranius Antoninus is on of those mid Third Century Roman emperors about which almost nothiong is known. He is supposed to have ruled for about a year from the Syrian city of Emesa. The only evidence we have of his existence are a few of his coins, all of which are very rare.
